Software Refund Policy:
If you’re dissatisfied with the HVAC Calculator software product you purchased from “Smart Project Designer,” you may contact us within 90 days of your purchase/contract for a refund.
We cannot issue a refund if you contact us more than 90 days after your purchase/contract date, unless it was a fraudulent transaction.

Refund rules:
-Only software purchased from “Smart Project Designer” is eligible for a refund, and only if you contact us within 90 days of your purchase/contract.
-If you bought it elsewhere, your software is subject to the return policies of that vendor.
-If we issue a refund, it should appear in your bank account within 5-8 business days.
-Upon receipt, you must uninstall any software for which you no longer possess a valid license and delete the software databases.
-We reserve the right to disable any product keys and/or serial numbers issued to you for the refunded products.
